Seals compensation idea?

Some players are upset that they got seals instead of boxes. Given that there are "Limited Time Offers" in the crown crate store, would it not be possible to add some "Limited Time Offers" that were inclusive of some of the rare drops that come out of the purple boxes, such as Aethereal Dust and Perfect Roe, and/or maybe some of the style books? They could get included in the store for the next rotation or something, and then collectors and crafters would be able to get something "concrete" rather than cosmetic with their seals.
I dunno if it's possible from a technical standpoint, but it seems like it ought to be. I'm throwing this out there for comment from the people who feel like the seals were not the best option for them.

DerAlleinTiger✭✭✭✭✭Honestly, I'd rather just get the old Goutfang Senche-raht mount with them, lol. Been saving up seals for years hoping it'll return some day.
But realistically, I don't know if it's all that simple. Maybe it could be done, but whether it'd wind up being worthwhile... eh. I don't necessarily require or hold too much interest for every part of the compensation package, but I can still recognize that it is a very hefty and generous offering from ZOS and I can appreciate that alone.0 -

Perhaps they could make seals of endeavors tradeable. You can have all my perfect roe, aethereal dust for some seals
