Edit: NEXT WEEK?! No event tickets or purple event boxes falls short of "making it right"

The compensation we're being offered is admittedly extremely generous particularly for people who didn't farm the event before getting locked. That said too much of the "power budget" of it was allocated to the seals of endevor and not enough to actual event rewards.

5 gold boxes only just covers our losses if we're unlocked tomorrow. (Edit: the lockout is officially extended into an indeterminate time next week - 5 gold boxes is completely inadequate)
Replica Style Pages: I'd already farmed out all of these. So this is literally nothing for me (although I recognize that will be huge for some other people who were locked out)

The mount pieces are welcome, but many of us had already spent event tickets on the extra ones we'd have needed before the rollback window.

On that note, no event tickets were included to replace those that were lost.

No purple boxes were included. This is the big one for me. These are where the real event rewards are. I was earning ~30 per day before in addition to other boxes like RftW, and other daily boxes that have valuable items. Most of the compensation should've been here.

There definitely did need to be some seals of endevor to compensate for missing the Thieves guild bonus rewards but as some one who has basically no interest in interacting with the crown store in any way I'd have much preferred that my actual losses be addressed rather than a massive drop of seals.

idk I feel like 16k Endeavours and everything we could have possibly missed plus a month of paid subscription if you were currently subscribed is a good deal.

Brah u get like 16k endeavors. It's a whole mount. All Gold styles for doing nothing.

If I could turn back time, I would let them lock my account too. I think it's kinda unfair, I grinded like 100 hours for the Gold styles...

You're basically getting a free Radiant Apex. This is honestly the best compensation I've seen from ZOS.

I've been telling people that ZOS basically can't do it right during this situation. I'm taking that back. This compensation is good.

An account I don't need or want, style pages I already have, the gold event boxes don't have any of the good event loot (and only cover us if we're unlocked tomorrow). We also weren't given compensation for the lost event tickets at all.

It's not perfect, but it's honestly pretty damn good compensation. Much more than I expected from ZOS, and I gotta give them props.

use the code to make the new account, get your purple boxes on a lowbie and mail all the stuff to your main when its unlocked. Thats what I'm doing, working ok so far.

You’re getting enough Confetti to get the Event horse without needing to buy some with tickets, so make sure to factor that in.

Oh, be quiet. This is an unexpectedly generous compensation. All I asked for was to be compensated the jubilee confetti, tickets, log-in credits, and endeavor seals we missed. Tickets are no big deal now that we're getting basically anything we could possibly buy with them for this event, so with the last few days I can top off and be ready for the next event. Log-in credits it kind of sucks to not get, but I can understand if it's a bit tricky to get those and to be fair the last week doesn't have anything that's irreplaceable or collectible. I can still get all the unique stuff for the month. It'll just be a bit delayed.

16,000 endeavor seals (enough for a free radiant or two free apexes) is beyond what I ever expected, let alone a free month of plus with the associated crowns, every single non-tradable style page from the event, every single jubilee confetti needed for the mount, and 5 extra gold boxes to get a few of the tradable ones just in case it helps to check off my list (or to trade for the last ones I need).

This is all on top of a free account worth over $200 in value (every single deluxe edition from Summerset to Necrom).

ZOS, I don't say this very often, but while this never should have happened to begin with... you have genuinely exceeded my expectations as far as recompense goes and have shown some surprising generosity with this.

I wasn't impacted, but if I was and this was the compensation then I'd definitely be overjoyed. ZOS really made up for the mess by dealing with it as quickly as possible and also making it up to the players affected as quickly as possible with the game keys and now these rewards, and I'm sure they're working hard to restore the accounts as well. All things considered it was a very decent response by them, I'd think most players affected would say that ZOS did right by them in the aftermath.

This is excellent compensation of the type I hoped PTS testers would get.

As for the tickets, can't those be bought with the 1650 free crowns awarded via an extra month of ESO+?

From start to present, I think ZOS has done the best they could to address a tough situation. Hopefully those locked accounts will be back up & running quickly.

From what I understand, they aren't temporary accounts; they're another account for you to use if you want to, forever.

Pleasantly surprised here.

I farmed the five style pages already so that's no gain to me, and while I am still definitely losing out overall for the event, they are actually giving a bit more than just some token gesture, and it's a lot more than I expected them to offer. Being able to use endeavors to choose what you want also raises the chance that people can get something they might have some enjoyment from.

I'd still have preferred to avoid the "ban" entirely, but this wasn't a situation that came about intentionally and this seems like a genuine attempt to make up for it, so - as long as the accounts get unlocked without too much more delay - this restores a lot of my trust.

If my account were active right now, I would be disappointed but would probably move one. Since we still have no information when we will get our accounts unlocked, I’m going to side with ZOS needs to do much better. Event tickets and 50 anniversary boxes per toon doesn’t seem unreasonable to ask.

No my response is they gave us the account after several days had already been lost, an account I would have to level up and unlock way shrines and more on to be able to participate in the event in the first place. And their response shows that they can compensate with event boxes if they wish to.

Oh god. I would’ve been happy with the tickets and boxes and some extra stuff to help me get caught up with jubilee mount and daily rewards. But 16k seals. Thank you ZOS. I’ll be saving them for a radiant I have my eye on.
