Have always enjoyed my snipe build in Cyro, but can it still be tweaked to be meta in U41?

✭✭A snipe build will never really be meta though it can preform decently in certain cases (2vX). My youtube has lots of resources for Magicka Nightblade for this update with will eventually add Stamblade stuff.
