Missing from the Templar section:

Sun Shield's animation was fixed so the shield is now visible again.

Incorrect/incomplete:

Cruel Flurry now no longer works on channeled abilities, even when they're single-target damage over time skills (e.g. Soul Strike, Radiant Destruction). This has been phrased as a bugfix in the patch notes, but it's clearly a design change. Cruel Flurry is named after a channeled ability and has always worked on them as long as they are ST DoTs. This needs to be phrased appropriately as a change in intent for the set and ought to have come with a comment explaining the change. Multiple reports on the PTS and the respective forum got nowhere on this issue. Please acknowledge this for the design change it is and provide a brief comment with the reasoning behind it after so many years.

In addition to the strange patch note, the set's tooltip has not been changed accordingly, so there is no way to know that it is no longer meant to work on channeled abilities even when they should qualify.

Unclear:

"Added additional support" for PlayStation controllers. There was no support for these controllers as far as I could see (having played daily with one for seven years) until today's update, so I'm very unclear how there can be "additional" support. This note should also have specified that 3rd party programs, previously required, now interfere with the functionality of PlayStation controllers and should be disabled. (Thank you, Kevin, for explaining this in various threads here, but it should have been initially clear from the patch notes.)

I'm sure there are others. This is just what I've noticed (and previously reported, in the case of the first two items).
