ZOS do something about unkillable Arcanists in PVP

@ZOS Read the title.
There are dozens of posts about this on the Forums, even with video footage of people exploiting some kind of health bug/desync where they are literally UNKILLABLE.
They are at 0, zero, null health, but don't die! No, they just walk around, like they are at full hp.
It ruins PVP. Yet the players abusing this exploit, are not kicked, not banned. NOTHING. All that is done, is that posts complaining about this bug/exploit are being move to the appropriate forum section. Reports are being ignored, and cheaters are allowed to rule Cyrodiil.

I didn't say that all arcanists are unkillable. There are some players exploiting some health desync/bug that makes them unkillable.3
