This can even be an optional setting, where if enabled, you would only do 1/2 damage to the enemies, while they would also do some fraction of damage higher to you than normal. That way everyone can still play together in one world tier
Combat sucks when a blind person can defeat enemies. Boring as hell.
In CoD you kill fast but also die quickly if not paying attention to the game.
The problem with ESO overland is that even a naked player has so much health that he/she is always in godmode, so you can win fights even if you close your eyes and just randomly spam skills.
I find it funny that this person posts this monthly. If ZOS were to give these overland complainers what they want, they would lose half their player base.
