Why do you shut down the [console] servers an hour before the "game-day" resets??? Are you telling us that couldn't be delayed by one hour?! It would be less of a problem, to have to wait an additional hour before being able to play... than to run out of time to complete Daily Endeavors, or Event Quests!
Also... there were a number of items leaving the Crown Store, 6 hours into your "maintenance". Are you going to restore ("extend") the availability of those items, since we have been unable to purchase anything for the last 7 hours??!
