suggestion: new pvp mech about spell of SILENCE + purification potion

Here we have a new combat suggestion for PVP to do something against ballgroups and immortal trolls in cyrodiil.

"silence" is used to make it impossible to use magicka spells during some seconds.
Sorcerer ultimate apply silence in a area.

It could be a spell from an new skilltree, for exemple in a new dlc chapter, or from a 5pieces set or mythic
Silence is a negative effect.

exemple:
  • spell of silence: apply SILENT to your opponent for 5sec


To counterbalance it we could have the possibility to use a potion to purify some negative effects.
  • purification potion : remove 3 negatives effects, delay of 45sec between 2 pots.

The ingredient needed for this new pot could be find in a new zone or new boss, very rare and which could be interesting also for eso economy

    A realistic pvp change for ball groups would be giving a negative effect depending on how many people are near a keep.

    Sorta similar to how rallying cry or pale order is reduced depending on how many group members. Something of that caliber.

    Make it to where if you have 5 or more ppl in a group they recieve -20% base stats and mitagation or something.

    Or if there is 10 or more people attacking a keep their healing and mitagation is reduced by 50% or something like that.

    Realistically, Zos doesn't care about Ball groups much less anything PvP related.

    Edit: they could also disable cross healing through battle spirit as they have done before.

    Another Edit: Or they could make you choose between Tank/DPS/and healer like they do for dungeons and give you specific stats to whatever role you choose. DPS can't crossheal but can recieve heals. Healers can heal but do reduced damage. Tanks can heal and do damage but move slower. Something of that nature could also be a fun but needed change.

    Yes, if you are lucky and off potion cooldown, just another cast of silence. Cleanse CP or Cleansing set that you can still proc might's give yet another chance, so one more cast. It's ability, can be spammed.
    But then, everyone is cleansing all the time, plaguebreak everywhere :)

    What's left mainly is pure stamina builds.


    This could work better as yet another meta-fixing crutch set that has cooldown.

    How exactly they will do that if they are silenced too? :) This ability would be on every bar and first thing you cast when enemy is in range.

    This is a much better idea, but still has potential to be broken if it is easy to control.
    Would probably have to be one of those unreliable chance procs, like Enervating Aura.

    Won't solve anything and it will be used by ballgroups to pick out smaller groups even easier. What makes ballgroups unbreakable is their stackable cross heals, if they can't use radiating regen they will use echoing vigor instead.
