Been kicked three times this week

Can't get back on my game this has happened three times in a week Where I have to wait until the next day to get on, is this the big Changes and better way of life improvements. The only thing i've noticed about this gaming company is that they fix one or two things and break fifteen others.

    Only 3 times this week? I usually get kicked 3 times per evening.

    If you are getting "Error 201", wait around 10-15 minutes and try again. You should be able to log back in.

    One of our prog members keeps getting kicked as well.

    Error message is only:

    "An unexpected internal error has occurred. Please contact customer service at https://help.elderscrollsonline.com " (no other text, no numbers)

    Obviously contacting customer service doesn't get a timely response from a human before the error solves itself, only to recur repeatedly at unpredictable intervals.

    This is clearly a problem, and doubly so because we are resetting for a trifecta.

    I've seen people in our trials randomly disconnect preventing the trial from moving forward until a fill is found or they sacrifice a Bosmer to the internet connection gods to be able to rejoin 5-10 minutes later. This is unacceptable and must be corrected forthwith as we pay a monthly sub for a working product.

    It is not unusual for me to get kicked at least 3 times a week, which is not as bad as it used to be, I just wait a few minutes and then just keep trying to log on till it lets me in.

    An unusual way to try and get rid of me happened the other day as I was waiting for a loading screen as I went through a door, I ended up back on the character select screen. It had been a bad day for ESO, I decided I would take a hint and gave up trying to play.

    I lose conn regularly since the update, perhaps three times an hour or so, as do several guildmates. Takes a full five minutes before you can log back in. I have tried a repair, updated graphics drivers, removed addons. It sometimes happens in a 4 person dungeon, sometimes overland while using attacks, sometimes in houses while moving furniture, so no specific area or activity. My partner is in the same house, same computer set up and components, and I use less addons than he does, but he has only got the 'internal error' crash once since update 39.

    Most of the time it just says the 'internal error' but sometimes I get an Error 307 (6:3:1552:126). Oh, and occasionally the error message switches to 'booted from server' - that one is usually when I am standing doing nothing but talking on discord or briefly afk.

    I'll try going to the EU server tomorrow and see if it's any bettter.

    This has been happening consistently to many people in my trials, including me, ever since the U39, the update that was supposed to fix bugs, but actually just introduced more bugs.

    This will probably be one of those bugs that just lives on for years.

    We stopped progging vSE HM because of the new frozen tomb bug they won't fix, and we switched to progging Gryphon Heart, but it wastes 30min of a session just hoping people can log in after their internal server errors kicks them from the game. ZoS doesn't seem to care about bugs.

    @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_Kevin this bug is also a huge drag, and we haven't heard any word from anyone.

    A few different trial goups I'm in have wasted much of our raid time waiting on other players while they get kicked and have to wait to be able to log in.

    Why does ZOS think it's ok to let these bugs go on for so long without any communication?

    At least in today's patch: "Fixed an issue with the "Vine, Wide Moonlit Ivy Drape" furnishing where its icon didn't match its form."

    This will definitely make it feel much better that we can't eat buff without it disappearing, and that we keep getting kicked from the game, and that we can't prog the new trial because it's bugged, etc etc etc etc.

    U39 feels like U35 with all my friends leaving in frustration.

    Yup...multiple boots from server with no error messages in particular...3 times over 2 hours yesterday and once after being logged in for 5 minutes this morning

    I got kicked like 10 times since yesterday. Every kick was in group dungeons. Can‘t log back in due to alterating error messages. Need to restart my computer to be able to log back in.

    Always the same response Since day one. That's just the same thing as saying. Did you try unplugging it and plugging it back in again.
