✭ZOS must do something with Nikulas, since it is a worst proc set ever. Not only the effect itself is terrible, but you can't control it either, both in PvE and PvP. Pure random.
You can't even use it even for RP purpose. Although... if your character's name is Nikulas, then yes lol kekw.2
