Mounts, etc. purchased or redeemed on the web going to Console instead of PC Account?

I cannot bear to have to download the game on my PS4 again to check, but I have purchased one mount on the website and redeemed another and neither of them show up when I log in on PC. I'm wondering if they are going to console, instead. Crowns go to PC, but things like Pledge of Mara or Mounts never show up in Collectibles or in my Inventory. This has been happening for months, now.

Trensharo✭✭✭I have unlinked the PS4 Account from my ESO account, but I'm not sure why items are not showing up when purchased or redeemed via the website on my PC account.
EDIT: One web purchase showed up. But another mount I redeemed on Twitch still hasn't showed up since a long time ago.Edited by Trensharo on July 16, 2023 2:11AM0 -
