Game keep crushing at log in

Hi cannot play the game anymore, i'm at last (i guess) companion sharp quest, at reaper march, the ps5 crashes always whit the classical grey (on ps4 was blue) screen, cannot even create a ticket because i cannot enter in game. Yesterday i got status quest bug and all my quest progress in every zone are messed up (main story, secondary, public dungeon, all has been deleted), please do something

install the ps4 version on your ps5 and you can move your character that is stuck in reapers march. Its a long standing bug in that area near arenthia on PS5

thanks you are truly a lifesaver..........but so with ps5 is impossible to complete final quest sharp and force you to install ps4 version otherwise cannnote play anymore? Are in zos crazy? too much heath on planet heart?

It may not crash if you run in a different direction, if you were like me and ran from the previous story point in a straight line, it crashes! Its something that really needs fixing but at least there is a workaround that doesn't need a ticket

At least this problem was resolved with maintenance (or it was only luck?), don't had need to install ps4 version, i log in and game not crushed so i did the quest

You can CLOSE this , but progression quests zones still bugged

I was able to do this on PS5 a week or so ago, but I was very careful where I went knowing there was an issue on this area.
