Necrom structural plan drop limits

Was curious here if I could find any confirmation on what the limits of the new Necrom plan drops were, or any observations you awesome forum members have noticed yourselves.
I've found that I've only been getting one drop on my main per day, and no matter how many boxes I open on alts or my main after that plan drops, I don't get another one. I'm thinking it's a once a day drop like Galen, but I'm not sure if it's account-wide, or just per toon, as these plans have a low drop rate anyway.

Was it in one coffer, or two separate coffers on one day? The homemaker green CP passive can affect those drops too.@Djennku, PCNA.
