Has the fire rate of Toxic Barrage deceased?

I was gone for about a month and run a bow build nightblade in PVP. Prior to leaving Toxic Barrage, the bow ultimate would fire off several times extremely quick allowing me to gank quickly along with other skills. I've been back about a week now and the firing rate has dropped to about one shot every half second or so.

Is this something anyone else has noticed? A change perhaps to the skill? It's not my internet speed as everything else is working just fine. It's made my build unusable almost.

    In my CMX I'm seeing the interval between hits varying between 0.270 and 0.460 seconds, but it's typically between 0.33 and 0.37. If you get a few 0.45 or 0.46 in a row, I imagine it might feel like it's hitting every half a second. For me the 10 direct damage ticks took only slightly longer than the 4 second time promised in the tooltip (it was just over 4.2s altogether from cast to the time the direct damage finished) at a steady 70ms ping. It did take a bit for the skill to start doing its damage - over 0.75s from the time the skill registered to the time the first tick landed on the dummy right in front of me.

    The DoT ticks are 2 seconds apart, which is consistent with the cadence they switched other single-target sticky DoTs to in Update 35.

    I will also say that the visuals and the sound effects were horribly out of sync for me every time I tested it. I don't know how much that might be contributing to your perception that this skill is not working as well as before. It would certainly bother me if I were relying on those cues in combat.

    That does sound like exactly what is occurring. Once in a while it fires of quickly several times in a row just like it used to, however most of the time it is definitely taking longer, plus when it takes longer it's giving peeps more time to get out of line of site. It just feels horribly out of sync. Now whether my target notices a difference I have no idea, but they do seem to be able to survive my initial blast more than they used to. I've only been back a few days however.

    every new update brings more bugs, especially to pvp combat, than they keep up with fixing. no joke.

    pvp combat gets more buggy, slow, and screwed up every single time.
