In response to the ongoing issue, the ESO Store and Account System have been taken offline for maintenance.
Mages Guild quest still bugged.
Long Lost Lore, I believe? I'm not logged in right now, but it's similar to that. It's been bugged since beta. I can't progress. Tried abandoning, relogging, reloading the UI. Nothing helps.

Nightpulse✭✭I was able to complete it by de-spawning my minion and standing close to the portal. So could try that i suppose.1 -
Hyperventilate✭✭✭It bugged out for me. I had no minion, tried logging out/in and even abandoning and redoing the quest. I just found something else to do meanwhile.0 -
