i get that the forums do not represent the entire gaming community but there's enough players i think to make this applicapple...

i'm noticing more and more players co-operating in delves and public dungeons.this is nice.it's good.i enjoy,as i'm running through delves and dungeons, slowing down to work with others.
i still see jerks but i'm hoping more and more of us will figure out we don't have to be grouped to work together and not everything has to be killed in 2 seconds.
You've had nature explained to you and you're bored with it, you've had the living body explained to you and you're bored with it, you've had the universe explained to you and you're bored with it, so now you want cheap thrills and, like, plenty of them....

I've never had a problem with co-operative play at dolmens, world bosses, or in delves/dungeons, and that's since launch on PC EU and soon after on NA.

I mean, IDK if this is what you mean, but the only times I'll attack what someone else is attacking is if they look like they might be struggling and in need of help. Or if I know someone is right behind me and I'm at a boss, I'll wait for them. This is because most of the game is so easy that things like public dungeons are really the only place where there's any sort of difficulty, but then when you're with others, it's just as easy as anything else. It's not because I have any negative intentions toward anyone, I just think it makes things less fun. I'm not sure it's fair to label everyone who doesn't slow down to fight whatever you're fighting a "jerk," but I guess that's coming from a potential jerk.

Rnd is easy, I let them new blood run around there and just finish it myself, even stay around to finish their talk when its their first time there doing the dungeon.

I find that I can generally see what someone's intentions are just by watching them for a quick minute, or less. The people that are farming -the dedicated farmers- tend to follow certain class and spec metas for speed and efficiency, and just plow through everything regardless of who is there. They also like to run to bosses, creating a train that may or may not impact others in the zone. Again, they are on a linear goal and are not mindful/considerate of other players in the zone.

You generally only see them in dungeons where a desirable set drops.

I've certainly used other words to describe them, but I just take a breath and let them roll on by and let them do their thing. Or, I'll just go somewhere else, or log out and come back an hour or two later when they aren't there.

Outside of that, people tend to play nice. I do. I have a friendly neighbor policy that comes from an older time of dungeoning, when things were much more difficult, de-leveling was a thing, and helping someone generally meant you in turn were helped as well.

ESO seems to attract that latter crowd in larger numbers than the former.

At any rate, I'm glad you are having positive in-game experiences! It's nice to hear that here on the forums.
