unexpected internal error never been fixed for me

This error started occurring almost since I started to play this game last year. Every time when something wrong with the server, I will be kicked out and stopped me reconnecting. I have searched a lot of posts but none of them are useful. It happened twice this week. Usually, I need to wait for a very long time before this error disappears naturally, it could be a server problem when I tried to reconnect again and again, something it will show other server errors, too. I'm in Australia not sure if this is related.

Oh, you still remember I'm a mac user, but I have seen other reports from Windows user in other forum. They also have the same error, they can only restart pc to deal with it.

The answer doesn't help me to prevent it. I could only wait for a long time to reconnect. I'm really sad today, I was kicked out at the final secret boss in the coral aerie just now. I was looking for the lead to complete several achievements and get the new mount in necrom. I almost beg my teammates to do those secret bosses. I don't know how to describe my feeling at that time. They were all gone when I finally reconnected. The only thing that makes me feel a little bit better is I find and trade with the teammate that I promised to give him all my drops and he will help me do the secret bosses. Even though I missed the final one that will drop lead.

So do you have any plans to improve the mega server or any suggestions for me? I won't complain about it if it happens when not in a group. I have never seen other players have this error so frequently no matter Australian or Mac users. Or those people finally leave this game.
