Xbox Achievements for Necrom missing

I figured it was a delay bug, but it’s been 24 hours and I still don’t see the new achievements for Xbox. I had this issue with High isle, but they eventually appeared after reboots, this time they are still not showing up.
I find this especially odd since PlayStation has 4 new trophies, and none of the Xbox achievement tracking sites have posted that these 4 exist.
Is there a bug with Xbox achievements preventing them from appearing? Since account wide now locks them out, I’d hate to unlock these in game if this is not intended.
