[PC NA - v9.0.6] Arcanist "Tome-Bearer's Inspiration" Skill Visual Issues

I've noticed a few visual issues with the Arcanist's "Tome-Bearer's Inspiration" skill and its morphs. These happen primarily between outfit and weapon styles that alter the visuals in more drastic ways. The two styles I've noticed so far that can cause visual bugs is the "Gloambound" set and the "High Rock Spellsword" set, respectively. There could be more, especially any style that hides your weapons like Spellsword does.
