Ysgramor's Chosen Face/Body Markings Not Collected?

The other day I went to use The Ysgramor's Chosen Face and Body markings on a character only to find that I can't and they show as not collected. Thinking I'd had a fever dream about collecting them I went to find the leads to dig them up - no dice. The leads wouldn't spawn. I tried to pick the leads up on two different characters and still had no luck, which led me to decide to log back into my scryer (character: Serathi Maren, PC-NA) and I then realised I had codex completion for both items, leaving me completely stuck. I sent a help request ticket that hasn't been answered. I am attaching how they appear in my collections and then that my codex entries are complete. The Dwemer Face Marking, despite being of the same category has no problems and still works and shows up in my items. Thanks in advance!
