Got stunned while fighting Wandering Nightmare world boss 😆, and i was supposed to be helping a mate clear the Necrom world bosses that id already previously soloed myself lol but you get that🤣

That soul harvester boss in the group delve... First time I fought her I got slowed by her minions and didn't expect the part where you have to sprint in a big circle when she starts chain AOE'ing you. By the time I tried to start running I was too slow and out of stam from rolling and tool like 5 AOE to the face and died.

Saw an arcanist caught in a ton of mobs in vile manse (I was in there for the group boss mage guild daily).
Went over to help, they ran away (they apparently were not interested in fighting the mobs) and I got overwhelmed.

One of the new public dungeon group events the one with the multiple waves of enemies, the last 2 waves were a real pain doing it 90% solo, with a lower level companion, someone else joined in right at the end.

Other than that the Lurker and Nightmare world bosses caused me quite a few deaths.

Talking to a quest NPC at the appointed 'talk to quest NPC spot for my quest' inside one of the new public dungeons. In the middle of the conversation, I was instakilled. The summary identified the culprit as the group challenge boss for the dungeon. I was particularly unimpressed. The group challenge was not even in sight.

I completed the side quest in a delve in the new DLC and I didn't want to take the xtra minute to run back to the entrance so I jumped off a ledge.

On my PC NA main (Stam Sorc)-- Trying to kill the final boss and adds while soloing Skyreach Catacombs.

Me, too. I think that is crazy hard for a below level 50 toon. The timing of the prompts also needs adjusting!

Died to tentacles in Apocrypha deep waters...for the achievement!

Early this morning I defeated the Runemaster WB in Apocrypha a handful of times with my Arcanist while trying to get a Lead, and I died four times while doing so. On my first try two other players were already fighting him and I heroically jumped in, only to be killed by some mechanic in a few seconds. They both died soon after too, so we gave it another shot and I died again pretty quick (after which I ashamedly teleported to the nearest Wayshrine, looked up the mechanics online and slowly walked back to the WB hoping the other two players would be gone).

One player was standing in front of the entrance however. I walked past them a bit, took a good sip of my morning coffee (mentally preparing for the battle) and when I looked at my screen I noticed I'd died again because I stepped into the outer ring which damages you. Embarassingly so.

Luckily we beat the boss afterwards and then I succesfully soloed him a couple of times, during which I died once. Didn't get the lead though.

Was fishing and someone nearby(far away) was fighting a herald seeker. The tentacles dragged me into the fight.

Slipped from the edge from a hill with my mount. It's like ice skating sometimes. They are so unprecise, especially at faster speeds.
