Hello, Ragebound crates expires in 1 week and still no solution to it? looks intentional to me.

theres been a lot of conspiracy because the crown gifting has been disabled since these crates (and the shade polymorph deal) released (though it was briefly enabled for a few hours one day about a month ago)

For those not following the Sage here is the rundown:

there's clearly still something wrong with crown crate gifting on pc otherwise it would be available.

I disagree on the assertion that ZOS is losing money because of the gifting, as there is no evidence to support this claim.

Similarly, there is no evidence to substantiate the conspiracy theories suggesting that ZOS intentionally designs marketing strategies to gather data on consumer behavior and entice them into purchasing the 25 crate FOMO exclusive polymorph bundle.

People who would have bought crates to sell for gold can't, that's lost revenue. How much, we can't tell. Since gold doesn't work, does that mean more people are using crowns to buy crates? Can't tell either, but a reasonable guess would be that even if that's true, it's probably not enough to offset lost sales. What seems reasonable to assume is that it's not in ZOS's interest to lose crate-gifting. Hard evidence on these matters, naturally, is hard to come by, so we can only assume, try to use common sense and be careful with assertions.

If "greedy ZO$" did it on purpose, why does crate gifting still work on consoles? And why can other crown items be gifted?
