Buff visibility bug
Might have found a bug on buff visibility. PC NA. Use controller. Took level 35 ish Arcanist thru Thieves Guild start. Now, if I take a food buff or XP Scroll, it will show in the instance. But if I log off, and then log back in, the screen visual AND UI status do not shoe the buff. If I try another scroll, it says CANNOT have 2 at a time. If I test with different food buffs, new food shows visually and stats change. If I log off again and log back in, visual is gone but stats are per the new food.
Tested on another character and no issue.
