"Cloudrest Savior" achievement not unlocking, even though I meet all the requirements

Recently I was able to get all the missing achievements for the "Cloudrest Savior" combined achievement. Despite unlocking all of them, the combined achievement still does not unlock. It shows that I need an achievement for doing a trial on normal difficulty, although I unlocked it in 6/2/2020.
I did all the achievements on the same character.
I tried to complete the trial again on normal difficulty, nothing helps. I've done it on several characters.
Please help! I care a lot about achievements.
