Is it normal scaling down to lvl 4 character? 134/86 poison damage per second?

✭✭✭✭✭that seems really low, like 10% of the values you get at cp160
those are the numbers i see on a lvl 4 weapon while on a cp160 toon lol
when you actually use it in combat, does it still give you those numbers when it goes off on an enemy? it could be a bug in the tooltip
if you actually are getting those numbers then the scaling could be off, it might be a good idea to check other scaling stuff to like the crown trifoods or tripots to see if their numbers are that low at that lvlplays PC/NA

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them
