Twitch ESO giveaways [feedback]

Hi ZOS,

I just wanted to let you know that I really dislike the Twitch giveaway trend that is continuing with the Necrom music box Twitch giveaway. The change to win something is literally so low it's not even worth it to watch streamers for it. I had Deltia's stream on for multiple days to get a change at winning but there is just no change. I really don't understand why there where only 2 Ourobos crates (that are really old and ripe for a refresh already)

Why does it have to be a stupid giveaway in the first place and not a reward if you watched a certain amount of time of a stream? The giveaway concept is not enticing or rewarding at all for all those people who made time and effort to keep a stream on. I like watching streamers from time to time, but this concept just isn't working.

I agree. I got the free crate drops, but really there isn't a reason to stick around for a giveaway with a chance of success <1%. They should just do straight drops and skip the giveaways.

That's a really cheesy business model.

There is literally enough RNG out there, why add one more layer of icing to that cake.

As has been noted, I will tune in for a 4 hour session if I have to for a guaranteed drop of something that will never be available in-game. But the model of disrespecting my time to prey on hope, so that a streamer gets more clicks.. nah, not doing that.

Yep I agree! A giveaway that results in a loss 99% of the participants will end up feeling their time was wasted. I tune in to 1 or 2 streamers a week out of my own accord because I like the interaction and the banter from time to time. I would happily tune in for 4 hours for a guaranteed reward. This giveaway concept just made me feel like I was a sore loser, even though it is ZOS who's being a tad stingy with this giveaway concept in the first place.
