Their location will depend on your faction: Aldmeri Dominion (Western Elsweyr Gate), Daggerfall Covenant (Northern High Rock Gate), Ebonheart Pact (Southern Morrowind Gate). View Maps

I'm new to the golden vendor, so I have a newbie question: the video says buying items from this vendor is one way to convert alliance points to gold.

However, upon visiting the vendor, I noticed that the above items are purchasable for both AP and gold, and there seems to be a major difference in golden vendor prices vs TTC listing prices. e.g. the swamp raider's necklace sells for either 300k AP or 150k gold, and the TTC listings for this necklace are all well over 1.5m gold.
How do these even sell on TTC at these prices, when we can just go to the golden vendor and buy them for a tiny fraction of that price? Am I missing something about the trading economy here?

It's only up for a few days and you never know when it will return, some items are more common than others, some things may not return for a year or more. People buy them now and resell them at a later date.

Also, according to the PTS patch notes, the inventory on The Golden will be changing starting Monday. So there's no guarantee that any of the current /past items will become available again. And the items you see for sale for 1.5 million are likely purple items that have been upgraded to gold, as that's about what it costs these days to do.

For a second I thought it said plague break instead of plague doctor, and I was about to rant, because that would have been a massive irony :D Anyway, as always thanks Benevolent!
