Help please, I am not been sent the access code to log in to the game servers...BUT I am being sent the access codes to login to my account via the website, therefore my email address appears to be working fine based on the two situations.
I have followed the online EOS FAQ, I have changed the email address, activated it, all works fine on the website.
Go to the game, use my login details as shown on my website account, it accepts my details and password, but the servers never email me my access code.
Spam folders have all been checked.
EOS FAQ has already been followed
