Turn off the text showing login and log off of friends and Max to friends list

I want to be able to turn off the text showing login and log off of friends. I like to keep a max amount of friends on ESO. In fact if this new thing gets done, it would be nice for there to be like 50 friends max also.

The maximum number is 100. Regardless, this would be nice. I had to get an addon to turn it off and a different addon to favorite the people I do want to see and that only gives me 5 spaces (and I want to favorite more than that).

Because I maxed out the friends I could get in the game. Thought it was like 25 friends, and the text showed so much fill in that it wasn't pleasant to see my text as much. If I want to see someone logged in, I can just check my friends list for the green showing that they are online on there.

I hate that bright yellow text announcing their comings and goings. In all of the 9 years I've been here I have one person on my list.

I assume it's a PC thing because I've never seen a friend log on notification on PS4.
