Arcanist's Unique Feel - Dead on Arrival for Healers

There is already a developing meta in healers circles that the crux system and unique channeled heal for the arcanist will be ignored and the class will be played traditionally. This is for 3 main
reasons.

The channeled heal, Remedy Cascade and morphs is -
Too narrow and wont practically heal even a tight stack, try a 6 meter width.
Too long duration to fit into a rotation without losing other buffs uptime, try 3 secs.
The heal doesn't proc pearls enough. Channeled heals should proc pearls every second.

If some or all of these can be addressed than likely the classes unique feel will be expressed in actual use and not just be for advertising.

Thanks to Healer's Haven Discord for the critique.

Class can give Minor Brittle with a damage over time ability along with a Minor Vulnerability and on top of that this class can give Minor Courage a buff that comes from sets. These two alone is enough to put them as healer.

Dragon Knight Healers unique feel was their shields. When will that address that arcantist stole it.

Although minor courage is valuable, the whole crux mechanic seems somewhat irrelevant in 12 people content for arcanist healers.

Runemeld is single target heal over time that heals slightly more than combat prayer, that said using it to generate crux feels like waste.

Chakram shields buff only 4 people out of 12. Could still work nicely if there is a workable way to hit different allies with shields preemptively without relying on them getting damaged..

Remedy cascade prevents you from casting other skills or light attacking for entire duration, and is hard to use to hit the entire group.
In addition, has antisynergy with Pearls of Elnofey since you could cast 3 more other healing skills instead.

They are trying to move pearls away from healers

Personally i would like to see that increased shield passive combined with Pearls and barrier spamming.

SO many issues in the base healing kit, but can we quickly take a moment to address just how underwhelming the Glyphic ultimate and its morphs are from this tree?

Both morphs are functionally identical in terms of buffs provided (which is NEVER a good design choice) and it is very much unclear what the ultimate is intended for to begin with.

Is it a damage amplification Support-type ultimate like Warhorn, Colossus or Atronach, meant to increase PvE group damage? If so, then we need SIGNIFICANTLY more than a measly +200 Weapon/Spell Damage for 15 seconds. That cannot compete AT ALL with the buffs provided by the previously mentioned Support ultimates. Try +1000 Weapon/Spell Damage for 15 seconds and this ultimate becomes more interesting.

Or is this ultimate supposed to be some sort of PvP super-heal like the Templar Incantation? If so, it costs WAY too many ultimate points and it doesn't heal for enough per tick, as it currently tuned to be about 2x of a basic Healing Springs. For 200 ultimate cost, this is simply not enough. Maybe if it hit all 12 potential targets in a group per tick, but, alas, it is capped at the standard 6 targets. Un-cap the healing ticks and increase the tick strength and perhaps this could see use in PvP.

TLDR; This ultimate needs to be fixed ASAP because right now it isn't attractive for any potential purpose. It seems on-track to become Bolstering Darkness 2.0, the awful Nightblade Shadow ultimate that has been the worst ultimate in the game for like 3 years now.

Idk about PVE, but remedy cascade in PVP is astronomically overperforming. Naked with no CP in, I was seeing 10.4k ticks, every .3s. That is effectively a potential 15.6K heal every second after battlespirit. While some people see the channel aspect as a downside, in PVP for many people it is actually going to be a boon - it heals as much as burst heal, but doesn't need to be timed like one as you can preemptively channel it.
