If I can still occasionally find people doing murkmire dailies, Iā€™m sure you can find some folk in high isle :)

Since they're all unlocked for me on AWA, I only run past them to get them on the map with a new character. If there's an active battle I'll join in, otherwise I avoid group activity like that (WB's etc).

A couple of days ago (during Jester's) I was going after a High Isle treasure map and found one was active so I joined in. There weren't many people there, but enough to get the job done quite easily. And that was at a time when there was no real incentive (increased XP, etc.) to do it.

I visit High Isle every day to pick up the ToT daily, and Gonfalon Bay always seems to be somewhat busy whenever I go there. I'm frequently seeing players asking for help with the WBs in zone chat and getting replies, so just ask for help. Note that with volcanic vents it's best to ask for help before you start, not after, because failure to keep the fire atronachs from reaching the vents can make it more difficult to kill everything.
I've fought mudcrabs more fearsome than me!

Currently do them every day when I have time for it. My main reason is the chance to get stamps which I use in crafting. That druid tho' - Olive Oyl or whatever - could use some new lines of dialog.

They're also one of the sources for a certain antiquity lead. I won't mention for what antiquity, because the witchhunters might burn me at the stake.

I would say yes, especially now.

For PC-EU usually by the time I zone in there most sane ppl are in bed, but last night around 10p-Mid EDT I still ran into a few ppl farming dolmens and grinding zombies.

On PC-NA oh yeah. Especially now during the Jubilee event any daily quest is fair game and has ppl running it from what I have seen. A lot of quest sharing in chat too.
In High Isle\Galen\Amenos zones between 8-10p EDT I had a lot of ppl at vents and WBs
Even Murkmire last night, a few ppl were waiting at the Necromancer WB when I showed up and he went down quick.
    N. Elsweyr dragon dailies during that same time too, plenty of ppl to get 3 for the daily.

Most of those also hold true during non-event times, except maybe Murkmire WBs, bcuz they are both a giant pain in the rear :#

My advice would be if you are looking to fill in those motif pages and gear drops from some of the sparser zones, NOW is the best time. Especially this weekend I expect zones are going to be bouncin B)
