This discussion is for people to post random thoughts they had while playing ESO. You know, interesting or just funny stuff that pops into the mind and for some reason stays there long enough to warrant sharing.

I have plans to build a Daedric structure at the Doomchar Plateau house, so I decided to stockpile Daedra hearts. It was a while before what I was really doing hit me: I was killing dremoras, cutting their chests open and removing their hearts so I could make my house pretty. That gave me a warm fuzzy feeling inside and I'll name the structure Tower of Hearts.

Do nereids use umbrellas?

If the game was released on April 4th, 2014, why does the Anniversary Jubilee start on the 7th?

Why doesn't the Jester's Festival start earlier and end on April 2nd or 3rd?

I thought it was funny that the Waking Flame set up shop in a bathhouse, considering how they dress and what bathhouses were notorious for.

Each time I see a daedric anchor starting in an alliance zone, I think:
- Long time ago I played my role in common attack on Cold Harbour. Together we've broken the whole plan of Molag Bal.
- But these poor creatures are delivered here and now despite that war was actually ended. I guess their troops are not informed well about what happened in Tamriel.
- If I were a daedric prince, I would work better on operational data interchange in my armies.

I didn’t think housing was for me until my 9 year old daughter started goofing around on my account. Two months later….. I’ve spent an embarrassing amount of gold and crowns on housing only for her to request a separate account for herself to play. Now I have to spend all those resources again.

Incidentally, I now get to do quests with my daughter. We did the companion quest which unlocks Isobel for my daughter, and it was a fantastic experience. She had so much fun. I’m hoping it encourages my 15 year old son to leave WoW for a bit to come help the old man farm DSA.

Waiting on a housing instant where I can properly build my own Draugr ruin with all the furnishings I collect. Doesn't help when I go into a delve and see something else I'd like to include

This year the devs decided to be bold and take the game in a new direction. You know an area in which they could be bolder, though? Pet design! Most non-combat pets are just recolors. We need some innovative, out-of-the-box designs!

For instance, here's a pet I'd love to see: a voriplasm piloting a Dwemer spider. Why in blazes would anyone want that? Well, why in blazes not?? The dwarves collected some voriplasms for study, then bad things happened to the former and the slimy creatures were left alone with the animunculi. Centuries passed and the creatures learned how to use the constructs.

What if dwemer exodus was just their april's fools?
They might've sit in the corners of their ruins invisible giggling on poor scientists and adventurers.
Who knows which day they would decide to get back with laughing out loud?
