New load screens with cinematic "bars" on top and bottom: Needs some improvement

The new load screens are nice. Well, actually they would be nice if the heads would not be hidden behind the cinematic black bars on the top and bottom of the screen. If I didn't already know Lyris I would not know it is her when she appears in a load screen as her head is behind that top bar and we can only see her body up to her neck... which is a pitty...

I wonder if that's affected by your screen resolution and aspect ratio? I thought I saw a load screen that showed her face, but I might be mistaken. There was a thread two years ago about the load screen for Blackwood where someone posted what it looked like on an ultra-wide monitor, which IIRC had a goodly portion of the top and bottom chopped off.

idc about seeing the loading screens but releasing these things without making sure it works for all customers is sloppy, poor job from zos on this

I have the same problem, the whole picture is only revealed when the black bars recede.

Nobody in development looked at this effect before making it live.
If they had, then they would have noticed their error and adjusted the resolution on the load screen images.
Lyris is just ONE of the characters who get their heads chopped off by the bars. Naryu is another, and I've seen more than two.
