She is bound and asking for help but its no way to help her.
You find her in Hubalajad Palace, Hew's bane, after you crash the wedding at the palace and has to escape.
Is it anything to her UESP just has her name and race. It might be dropped content, but if you rescued her I assume she would pass an corner and diapered
But done that quest so many times.
