Personalized set

The idea is to create a system from hack & slash games where you can randomize properties and numerical values of one set. "Personalized set" of sorts.
How is its going to work:
1. Find a "base piece". It will have some randomized stats and weight.
2. Use Trasmutation Station to reproduce missing pieces to equip them.
3. Now you can roll set bonus for 1-4 pieces using Gold, AP or Telvars.
4. 5-piece bonus can be changed separately with Gold, AP or Telvars, or special currency.
Now to get specific kind of stats on bonuses 1-4, you can drop other currency from various activities. You can put it to basically anything, Bolgrul dailies, Zone dailies, random normals, weekly trials, leaderboards, ToT, BGs, cyro campaigns etc
Filling Stickerbook page for a set adds its 5-piece bonus to the pool avaiable to roll. To not dilute this pool, existing set bonuses can be added only by using currency. We can exclude Trial sets for balance sake. Numerical value like healing or damage can be random. Rolling have own special and unique pool of effects.
Base pieces are not tradeable, but rolling currency will be.
Bonuses 1-4 can roll from all current available possible bonuses like 124 spell/weapon damage, pen, crit, healing, armor, etc.
