Hi !
In my 5650 hours of playing ESO, I've done a LOT of things, have seen almost everything in it and I tried recently to compile everything I found out to be bugs and areas of improvement to be made.
Let's start !

-World Bosses :
- Nerf "Walks-Like-Thunder : This Murkmire boss is known to be way more resilient that it has any rights to be. You often have to be more than 5 to kill it. Nerf it's healing from the totems.
- Nerf B'Korgen : This Summerset boss is known to be way more resilient than other World Bosses. Nerf it's shields.
- Fix/Improve "Asard the Putrid" : This Glenumbra boss is in my opinion bugged. He attacks every 7 seconds or so with a little 2k damage slap. The Bloodthorn Zombie Lord should be better than that. :)
- Fix "Xeemhok the Trophy-Taker" : This Blackwood boss can be indefinitely stunlock by bashing it when he prepares to shout.

Dropping Rate :
- Increase global lead drop probability : I did a lot of lead hunting to complete my codex, I have 4 characters lvl10 in Antiquities. And I can say that the global lead drop is too low because you need to either pull it 1st try, or farm for hours, something casual players and even real maniacs like me cannot afford a lot. You can easily boost it by 1,5x.
- Increase "Ayleid/Dwemeri Purple Plans" drop rate and/or add the possibility to buy them to "Faustina Curio" or "Rollis Hlaalu" for Writ Vouchers via a Furnishing Folio : Those furnishing plans have always been very rare and I believe they shouldn't be "that" rare. They cost millions for very old furnishings and take dozens if not hundred of hours of farming mindlessly in Dwemer and Ayleid ruins. Either make them obtainable through a Folio for let's say 100-200 writs vouchers and/or greatly increase their drop rate, easily by x5.
- Increase "6th House Banner", "Vvardenfell's Paintings", "Chef Arquitius' Lost Thesis", "Colovian War Torte Recipe" and "Mourning Dew" drop rate : The first 3 items are almost nowhere to be found for no good reasons. Increase their drop rate by x10 at least. For the "Mouning Dew", it's price might skyrocket due to an higher demand for War Tortes from those changes.

Bugs :
- Fix the Lightning Staff AOE damage replicating the main target damage to others instead of calculating for each target. If you hit a blocking enemy in the middle of a group, the whole group takes the reduced damage. In the opposite situation where the main target isn't blocking but the whole group is, their blocking is bypassed.
- Fix the "Dro'm'Athra Shadowguards" losing Taunt prematurelty in "Maw of Lorkhaj". They lose their taunt for no apparent reason.
- Fix the "Syvarra's Scales" and "Bahraha's Curse" sets almost only dropping in one weight in Hew's Bane. "Syvarra's Scales always" drop in Medium and "Bahraha's Curse" always drop in Light currently.
- Trophies : Move the "Nose Shackle" (Ogrim) from "Monstrous Component Collector" to "Oblivion Shard Collector". As a daedric entity, Ogrims come from Oblivion and so should be listed in "Oblivion Shard Collector".
- Fix the unreachable chest East of "Icewind Peaks Dolmen" in "Eastmarch".y1xx213wr93s.png

- Fix the unintended access to a sunken hut in Galen.uw8qurcicynu.png

Dungeon bugs :
- Fix the following bosses that sometimes reset mid-fight : "Matron Ixniaa" in Arx Corinium, "Cernunnon" in Falkreath Hold and "Longclaw" in Selene's Web.
- Fix "The Risen Ruins" in Moongrave Fane. It resets if it charges on the border of the area and glitches us underground when running over us.
- Fix "The Pack" bosses in Blessed Crucible, they sometimes stay in the air and so aren't lootable.
- Fix "Chokethorn" in Elden Hollow 1, it often stays buried if you use "Puncture" on it to start the combat, making it harmless.
- Fix "Darkroot" in Elden Hollow 2 having problems to spawn (probably due to Bakkhara not delivering her line).
- Fix "Quintus Verres & Monstrous Gargoyle" in Volenfell. You can trigger Quintus early with a ranged attack and even sometimes skip him by attacking the Gargoyle while it is on it's perch. Also some henchmen like to magicaly get on top of the walls in this fight.
- Fix "The Guardian Council" in Volenfell, you can't attack "Guardian's Spark" from behind the tubes.
- Fix Wayrest Sewers 1&2. Remove the door between Uurgulag and Varaine Pellingare/Garron the Returned. It oftens causes problems due to some members of the groups being in combat.

PvP :
- Heal Stacking up to 2 max per spell. Already discussed on the forum. Best decision you will make for PvP, doesn't affect PvE.
- "Adept Rider" set, change the "Major Gallop" to "Minor Gallop" due to "Continuous Attack" already providing "Major Gallop" passively. Adding "Minor Gallop" will make this set from never used to pretty relevant for PvP Scrolls runners and mats farmers.
- Reduce the Tel-Var price of Rubyblossom Extract, Chef Arquitius' Torte Dissertation, Storage Chests/Coffers, the CP150-160 mats, the soul gem and the Alliance style mats. There's enough shortage on AvA boosters and the other mentionned items prices are way too high. Do this and you'll get more people interested in Imperial City.
- Delete/Reduce the loss of Tel-Var by dying without being hit by a enemy player. Dying to an enemy player doesn't make your Tel-Var disappear forever, dying to a mob does...
- Make Simulacrum of Molag Bal drop more Tel-var to a larger number of players. More often than not you get like only 4 Tel-Var for killing the strongest Imperial City Enemy while being stalked by enemy bombers. I think a chest like Lava Vents or Dark Anchors should do the trick.

Suggestions/QoL :
- Quicken City of Ash 2. Famously known for being the longest dungeon in the game with Maarselohk maybe. I advise removing the 2 Xivkyn bosses at the end as they add close to nothing in the dungeon and/or make us spawn directly at the Deadlands Portal at the start so we don't have to go through the whole City of Ash 1 dungeon each time.
- Quicken Dragonstar Arena by spawning the waves earlier and by not waiting for Mr.Ilovemyvoice/"Hiath the Battlemaster" and "Boethiah" to finish talking at the start of each round. This content is very old and many players hate to do it before it's sooooo long for no good reason today.
- Add all the missing and hidden styles in Collections -> Outfit Styles. Some Crown store styles are shown locked (Divine Prosecution for example), some do not appear. Undaunted styles aren't shown until you unlock them.
- Add a list in-game of the sets that work in No-CP and BG. It's too cloudy on whatever set should work there or not. Do a precise and verified list please !
- Add the possibility to sort the furnishings by style (Wood elf, Dwemer, Druidic, etc...) in housing editor.
- More Green CP changed to passives. There's so many useful things in there. Unlike Blue and Red, I don't think it'll unbalance anything to change some of the Green CP actives to Passives.
- Reduce the number of donations required to validate the achievement "Orsinium Patron". It took me way too long even while knowing the random encounters spawns.
- Increase the chance to find a "Tribe Argonian to save on a random encouter" in Murkmire for the achievement "Swamp Rescuer". It took me way too long even while knowing the random encounters spawns.
- Make the "Sieges", the "Surveys", the "Treasure Maps", all the "Dailies reward coffers" and "Identical writs" (Most importantly the "Imperial Charity" and "Deep Winter Charity writs") stackable. They take way too much space and I only do crafting dailies on 1 character a day. I don't see why they shouldn't stack.
- Make Monster Trophies and Dailies reward coffers no longer Character bound but just "bound" so they can be placed in banks and home chests. No reason to forbid them from being deposited in banks/chests. I love collecting Monster Trophies !
- Adapt Base Game Dungeons Pledges like DLCs ones. Joining a base dungeon pledge in mid-run is useless right now and only create less full groups. Make so only the last boss is required like in DLC dungeons please !
- Buff Shapeshifter Chain due to Oakensoul being better in all aspects. Those subclasses are often underperforming and not appealing in general. Their own dedicated mythic doesn't do much. Give it a real purpose !

That's all I can think of right know. Feel free to add more things if you think of something and debate, I hope the devs will see all this !
And yes, this (beautiful) block of text is clearly made because of the new Q3 "Bug fixes and QoL improvements", so I don't mind waiting until there if any of my changes are reviewed and accepted.

    -Surveys are already stackable, my bad on that x)
    - I add "Transmutation Geodes" and "Glyphs" to the items that should stack.
    - I add the "Grand Amnesty Edit" to the items that shouldn't be Character bound. Let it at least be "bound" so we can store it in our chests and bank.
    - Fix Orzorga's Kitchen in Wrothgar where it's snowing indoors.

    Fix the butt on the Timbercrow Wanderer costume. If Almalexia can wear a loincloth flawlessly, why can't my elf? Given the cost (in blood or treasure) to get this costume, it is severely negligent to leave it in such a defective state.
