[BUG!] Player can't use first travel suddenly on the field.
PC-NA v8-2-9 newest in 2023/01/26

Or, can't swap weapon suddenly. Sometimes UI display say "you're busy".
Recently those trouble is increasing. And, this is so stressful.

I kept trying re-login so many times for solving those bugs.

Sorry I couldn't take any picture of it. And there're no error log also.
The game didn't crash. Player can keep stay in the game, but just can't teleport.
(can use "wayshrine")

When I got this malfunction in the game, the teleportation animation never end.
(player keep doing stargazer and never jump to location)

I did game repairing many times. But sometimes still happen.

Try deleting these two settings files to ensure ESO is at it's default settings. To do so, follow the instructions below:

Open up the Documents folder on your computer.
Open the Elder Scrolls Online folder, then open the Live folder.
Find the ShaderCache and UserSettings files.
Create copies of each file, then delete the originals.
Close everything and start ESO again.

NOTE: This will reset all in-game settings to their defaults. Please take a moment when you next log in to review the settings for the game.
