Still no reaction on the Templar changes?

As a costumer you would like to have what you paid for in 7 years, i like the game and i will not give up fighting.

Jabs against the lore.
Jabs gameplay is not the same and is cringe.
Templar is not Templar.

Any reaction on this spotted ?
Did they saw how a big part of costumers respondend?
Anyone?
