PTS Freezes during Cinematic and Before Character Select

Hello,

I have downloaded the PTS for the first time, but every attempt to log on has been a failure.

If I allow the intro cinematic to play, the audio skips and everything freezes (and presumably crashes). Skipping the intro takes me to the loading screen right before character select, and then the loading icon freezes. I've tried waiting to see if maybe I was being impatient, but I've heard about every song the game has to offer at this point.

I've repaired the game files, made sure I had no addons or reshader files in the folders (everything looks clean). I'm at a loss as to how I can fix this. I did submit a ticket but was told to check out the forums for a solution (none of the posts I found really had a solution anyways).

Would appreciate any advice!

I had this same exact issue - I submitted a ticket, but was told to post on the forums about it. Hopefully we can get some help soon so we can use the PTS for ... ya know ... testing.
