Server Locked Purchases?

Why is it that I have spent a fortune on this game within the Xbox NA server on DLC and cosmetics and when I go to make a Xbox EU character in anticipation of the server refresh hitting there first, I have none of my stuff?

This is a massive problem, I should not have to rebuy all of my content if I want to enjoy a functioning game, because Xbox NA Cyrodiil is literally unplayable during the day.

I get not transferring characters or progression as it would be too difficult to track, but not transferring purchases between the same platform from the same account? That’s ridiculous.

As far as PC goes, anything spent with real cash such as with current Chapters are extended to both servers, anything purchased via Crowns, Gems, and Endeavors are not.

While crown store purchases aren't shared between NA and EU servers, the crowns themselves are shared.

Right, how does that make any sense? Clearly it’s the same account, if I purchased all of my DLC on NA, I should have them on EU.
