The Luxury Furnisher Vendor (Zanil Theran) is located north of the bank in the Hollow City, Coldharbour and the Belkarth Festival Grounds in Craglorn.
Tip: The totems can be obtained from the Orsinium Achievement Furniture vendor for substantially lower prices. However, they are bind on pickup.

✭✭There’s a very expensive well that people like to use because it can be sunk into the ground and used as a drain. If I’m remembering right, it’s expensive, because the only way to get it is to buy a certain house it comes in. This well might work for that purpose, but the snowy stones around the border would show. I wonder how those stones could be hidden?1 -

Same. Also because it's another piece of furniture that is covered in frost/snow, which are rare.[Lie] Of course! I don't even worship Daedra!0
