i like having new companions...but

for the love of all that is holy, please stop requiring us from running the companion unlock quests on every character to use something we already unlocked account wide
running it the first time should unlock the companion, and then you should be able to use the companion on any character since its already been unlocked for your account at that point
everything except the rapport is account wide too (which is fine, you dont need to grind rapport more than once unless you want to), but why is using the companion itself not unlocked account wide?
that annoyed me when we had to do that for bastion and mirri, and it annoyed me even more when we were forced to do that same garbage again for ember and isobel (especially isobel cause her quest was so freaking long), and i will be further annoyed if i have to do it yet again for these new companions with the next chapter
i voiced the dislike after blackwood released when i realized that was the case with the companions, i voiced the dislike of how ember and isobel were being handled in the high isle PTS, so im just going to voice my concern about this now before its even on the PTS lol
if the new companions work the same way, then will see why i hate making alts, when each alt you make now has to do SIX companion quests just to be able to use them all, not to mension that each time a new companion comes out, for my case, i have to run the companion quests 10x to unlock them with all my characters

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them
