Nunatak Buff for Greater Major Brittle Duration against cooldown?

I would say that because the max uptime is only 26%, it could use a little boost as the people benefitting from it also need to crit to see its effectiveness. Right now you can also have another person use a Nazaray proc to extend it, which makes it seem more viable- but realistically that's only a 4 second window of opportunity. I would really like to see Nunatak have a 50% uptime or more without needing Nazaray, through either extending the duration of the debuff or through halving the reuse time to like 8 seconds (It's an aoe you can walk out of before the major brittle lands).

In PVP- This set might be abused by brittledens if it gets stronger, but honestly it will take away from their survivability if they choose to do that, which is more than fine with me.

Is greater major buff a thing now?
