PC - in game achievements bug (not unlocking)

So, I have recently come back to the game after not playing for a couple of years. I notice some of my old achievements seem to have disappeared on my main char (e.g. the museum achievement in Orsinium says I only have 2 treasures. I remember for a fact getting all of them, but that is beside the point..)

My main issue is in the new chapters. I have just finished blackwood, all fine. I am moving onto Deadlands. I have entered the deadlands and Fargrave, and the achievements for doing so (E.g. "Welcome to Fargrave") are not popping. I have tried relogging, restarting, and re-entering Fargrave/Deadlands multiple times, with no unlock occurring
