Frequent crashes at login and character selection screens w/o crash reporter

@ZOS_GinaBruno in https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/620800/ you suggest submitting any crash details through the crash reporter, but unfortunately, since U36, there are lots of crashes which do not cause the crash reporter to fire up. Mostly, these happen at the login (username/password) screen and at the character selection screen. These happen both when starting the game, and when logging out.

@ZOS_GinaBruno This was supposed to be fixed per patch notes, but it still persists. After logging out to the character selection screen, the game crashes about 2 out of 3 times, no crash reporter, nothing.

After logging out of the character selection screen (if it didn't crash there) to the login screen, crashes almost every time, also, no crash reporter.

This happens across 3 different PCs, regardless of whether add-ons are enabled or disabled. If it helps, these are the same 3 PCs as referenced in the 221109-000606 ticket where I have sent msinfo/game consultant diagnostics.
