Mask drops

so i will keep this short but why is every mask drop bugged on release and half of the time of the masks drops are bugged and we only have the other half to farm any information why is this a constant issue ?

It's simple, they don't care. It's like wäh, wäh they are working on it, deal with it as someone close to Rich Lambert said.

If you look through the forum you will see them closing or moving threads, that criticise them.

Don't know why we let them get away with it. Probably because we are so hooked and spent way too much money on this game.
In my opinion the whole situation is a crime.
