Anyone else think a 40% snare isn't enough penalty? I mean it's so easy to negate this. And the 40% damage reduction is way too much IMO, just have some HOTS ticking and you're back up to full again ready for another 40% reduction to whatever attack is next to hit you AND you've refreshed the damage boosts.
Add atleast like a 10 or 15 sec cooldown to the damage buffs then it would be in tuned
