Could it possible that there is some bugs that prevent players from getting the lead?

Firescourge Band is part of the Markyn Ring of Majesty, and according to various websites, its lead drops from the Deadlands Daily Reward Coffer in Fargrave. Since the official launch of Deadlands, I have been farming the daily quests in Fargrave almost every day, and have gotten hundreds of Daily Reward Coffer. My time spent on fargrave daily quests has probably exceeded 100 hours in total, but I still haven't gotten a lead on Firescourge Band yet.
I know that some clues have an unusually low chance of dropping, but this situation is outrageous. And based on other people's experience, the chance of this lead dropping should not be so low. This makes me wonder if there is a bug that prevents some players from getting a few specific leads at all, And, could zos have some sort of guaranteed lead mechanism, like they did for the set items?

Kappachi✭✭✭✭i've opened 100s of safeboxes in Glenumbra with no luck on a music box lead that supposedly drops there, but first box i check in murkmire has the Oakensoul lead... I think it's just RNG being RNG.2 -
Mithgil✭✭✭I doubt it's a bug. I have the lead and have scryed it down and dug it. I don't even recall when I got it. According to the Displayleads addon it does drop from Deadlands dailies.
