PC NA & EU Maintenance - November 2 @ 4am EDT/8am UTC

Tomorrow morning, November 2 beginning at 4am EDT, we'll be taking the PC NA and EU megaservers offline for maintenance. During this time, we'll be applying two hotfixes which include the following:
- Fixing an issue where you could crash to desktop with the potential for a small rollback
- Fixing an issue where siege weapons in Cyrodiil would not properly disappear after being destroyed
