Tales of Tribute frozen

I pressed F in the ToT queue and a new game popped up. Maybe the opponent conceded, because I immediately got notification that my quest "Dueling Tributes" was now ready to turn in for the Master's prize. However, i was stuck in a full screen ToT window with no cards, patrons, nothing, and when I pressed Esc, the only option was to concede. There was no other player- the ToT board was empty. So, I conceded, nothing happened, so then I force quit ESO. I play a lot of ToT, but this is the 1st time I've encountered this exact bug. I still get another bug regularly, which I've reported twice, of if u happen to press Escape as soon as a ToT match starts, it automatically concedes you.
